Luke J. Volker

After obtaining his law degree from the University of Denver in 2011, Mr. Volker devoted 100% of his practice to litigation. He began as a law clerk in Denver District Court for Judge Michael Mullins and later for Judge Brian Whitney. In order to get more courtroom experience, he took a job as a Deputy District Attorney for the 17th Judicial District where he presented over 40 felony and misdemeanor trials to Adams and Broomfield County jurors.

Mr. Volker returned to civil litigation in 2017, joining Dagner | Schluter | Mitzner | Werber LLC as an associate attorney. He concentrates in tort and insurance defense with an emphasis on personal injury, premises liability, and product liability claims. He handles all phases of civil litigation, from pre-suit evaluations, to trials and appeals. He has first-chaired multiple trials to verdict with favorable results for clients.
